Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and winclub44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website accessible at https://winclub44.cam and any associated services, mobile interfaces, promotions, and tools offered therein.

By accessing any part of the winclub 44 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or accepting any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. winclub44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the winclub44 platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds and claim promotions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet awards, deposit match amounts or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the winclub44 platform, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device and payment method is permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from winclub44 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of winclub44 or its affiliated group companies.

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1  Registration accuracy. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. Providing false information may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2  KYC documents. winclub44 may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing a first withdrawal. Documents commonly requested include:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement or official government letter — dated within the preceding three months.
• A clear selfie photograph holding your selected identity document alongside your face.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the method requires verification (e.g., a screenshot of an eWallet account displaying your name).

4.3  Verification timeline. Submitted KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of complete submission. Complex cases or incomplete documentation may require additional time. winclub44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4  Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. winclub44 will never contact you by unsolicited message to request your password, one-time PIN or full payment card details.

Deposits & Payments

5.1  Accepted methods. winclub44 accepts deposits through a range of payment channels that may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC) may also be available subject to current platform configuration.

5.2  Minimum deposit. The standard minimum deposit is RM30, although individual payment channels or promotions may specify a higher minimum. Please check the cashier and relevant bonus terms before initiating a transaction.

5.3  Currency. All Account balances, wagers and bonus values are denominated in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing rate applied by the payment provider; winclub44 is not responsible for third-party conversion fees or exchange-rate differences.

5.4  Fund ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your winclub44 Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.5  Processing times. Most deposit methods are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Delays may occur during bank maintenance windows, public holidays or periods of high system demand. winclub44 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions or telecommunications infrastructure.

Withdrawals

6.1  Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to winclub44's satisfaction. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements or active fraud investigations will have withdrawals temporarily withheld.

6.2  Method matching. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. winclub44 may require additional verification if a withdrawal is directed to a different method.

6.3  Minimum withdrawal. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel.

6.4  Processing time. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment channel and any applicable compliance checks. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow transfers are generally faster; bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong may take up to one business day.

6.5  Bonus-related restrictions. If a withdrawal request is made before active bonus wagering requirements have been met, winclub44 reserves the right to remove any associated bonus funds and related conditional winnings before releasing the remaining real-money balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  General conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by winclub44 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2  Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered in full at the specified multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated balance may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game category; slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion.

7.3  Bonus expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account.

7.4  Maximum bonus withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is capped at 10x the original bonus value or the promotion-specific figure, whichever is lower.

7.5  Bonus abuse. winclub44 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched-betting, arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusive play. Where abuse is confirmed, winclub44 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account.

Gameplay Rules

8.1  Game integrity. All casino games available on the winclub44 platform use random number generation (RNG) systems that are intended to produce fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical averages across a statistically significant number of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

8.2  Sports betting. Wagers on sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events, are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. winclub44 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, cancelled events or outcomes affected by documented force majeure circumstances.

8.3  Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, server interruption or disconnection that affects the outcome of a live game or sports event, winclub44 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the relevant stake to the User's Account balance.

8.4  Dispute resolution. In the case of a dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's official server records shall be the authoritative source. Users wishing to raise a formal dispute should contact the support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the event in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so, to circumvent eligibility restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted decision tools or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, collusive play or match-fixing across poker tables, live dealer games or sports markets.
• Attempting to exploit game or software vulnerabilities, errors in odds or pricing anomalies to generate systematic profit at the Platform's expense.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other criminal conduct.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated identity or KYC documentation.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party, including a minor, to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised penetration testing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winclub44 Platform — including but not limited to text, design elements, logos, graphics, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of winclub44 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, mirrored, scraped or used for commercial purposes without explicit prior written consent from winclub44.

By submitting any content to winclub44 (including support correspondence, feedback or reviews), you grant winclub44 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with Platform operations.

Limitation of Liability

11.1  winclub44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winclub44 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

11.2  winclub44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; (c) losses resulting from gambling activity; (d) any third-party payment processing delays or failures.

11.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

Termination & Suspension

12.1  By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the winclub44 support team. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold may be requested for withdrawal in accordance with Clause 6.

12.2  By winclub44. winclub44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate account detection, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

12.3  Effect of termination. Upon Account closure, all active bonus funds and conditional winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User via an approved payment method, subject to any outstanding compliance holds or investigation processes.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the winclub44 Platform operates. winclub44 does not represent that its services are lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling legislation in Malaysia includes the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, the Betting Act 1953 and the Pool Betting Act 1967, and that compliance with these laws is the sole responsibility of the individual user. winclub44 expressly disclaims any warranty that use of the Platform is permitted under Malaysian law.

Amendments

winclub44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
